We collect account details (name, email, phone), student profile details (name, date of birth, grade, notes, emergency contact), booking history, and a record of emails sent or received through the service.
We use this information only to manage class bookings, notify you of changes or makeup lessons, track attendance, and operate the school. We do not use it for marketing.
We do not sell or share your personal information. Transactional emails are delivered through Resend.
After account closure, your personal information is deleted on request. Anonymised audit log records may be retained for a limited period.
You can ask to view, correct, or delete your personal information at any time.
